Complete the program and earn at least 100 points by December 1, 2025 to earn a $150 payroll bonus. Earn 1 raffle entry for every 10 Passport points between 100-150 (up to 5 entries).

Please note: Employees located in our De Smet office will participate in the new health coaching to earn the $150 payroll bonus. Our Pennsylvania and Ohio offices will continue participating in the Passport to Health wellness program through the end of 2025 to earn the $150 payroll bonus. Beginning January 1, 2026, we will transition away from the Passport to Health program. At that time, all employees will be eligible to earn the payroll bonus by participating in health coaching.
